Pomegranate Peas Sushi Rice with Homemade Tabasco Sauce Recipe

- Cook the Sushi Rice in salted water according the instructions on its package.
When it is nearly cooked, add the rosemary leaves and let it simmer for 5mins.
- Steam the frozen peas for 5-10mins.
- Place the Sushi Rice and peas in a bowl and mix them together. Transfer a portion of rice mix onto a serving plate and sprinkle 3 to 4 spoons of the pomegranate over it.
- Then sprinkle 3 to 4 spoons of the homemade Tabasco sauce over it. Enjoy!!
