My journey as flexitarian began a few years ago. My journey as a flexitarian began when I developed a desire to become more conscious about food and its impact on my health and the environment. Since my journey as a flexitarian, my health has improved significantly. I have benefited from wellbeing, weight loss and healthier skin.
You should know that I am passionate about food, cooking and exploring new recipes from different cultures. For me, cooking allows me to be creative to explore new things and at the same time it enables me to be conscious of what I consume.
This blog is all about celebrating flexibility in the various food diets (with a strong emphasis on plant-based diet). Through this blog my aim is share my knowledge about culinary foods, healthy eating and to promote healthy diets.
